i was just thinking, the other way they might put it is "LIVE APPARATUS". ;P
i cannot decide which is worse. even if LIVE wires mean something.
imp : LOL. Yes, quite a dilemma. Personally I think after "DANGER 22000 VOLTS" simple warning "DO NOT TOUCH" will suffice. Can add "You touch you die"" if they really really must qualify ;)
